- Rent: 4000$ per month includes utilities and internet
- Top floor apartment (no noisy upstairs neighbors)

Requirements (standard NYC): 40x rent or guarantor, good credit score, proof of income/employment letter

I have lived in this apartment for 3 years and love the neighborhood and the location. It's right across the street from the park and next to many great food options and bars. I'm leaving the state for a few months and would prefer someone be able to take the apartment with its furnishings.
