The Ventura is the building. The apartment is a 508 sq. ft. alcove studio with one full bathroom.

I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease starting September 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 (end of current lease). An unexpected personal event will see me leaving NYC much earlier than I originally anticipated. After receiving approval from management, you will essentially be ‘assigned’ to the lease (take my place on the lease).

Full transparency – the place is great. It has everything a single individual (potentially even a couple) could ask for. Central park is a 10 minute walk away. You’re on 86th Street, so the Q, 4, 5, 6 trains are only a couple blocks away. Because you’re on the 25th (PH) floor, noise on 86th Street is actually quite limited, even with floor-to-ceiling windows. The building has a large gym that’s never crowded. There are seemingly endless dining options, as well a Fairway Market next door and a Whole Foods one block away.

The apartment comes unfurnished. However, I am willing to negotiate on all furniture for the right price.
