Hi!! We're moving last minute, so we need to find someone to take over our lease. It could either be a 1-month sublet (Sept) OR a lease takeover starting in September. (Note: if just sublet for one month, we'd sublet for 4000, not 4900.)
The apartment has two full bathrooms, each with a bathtub/shower and cabinet storage. It technically has two bedrooms, but the apartment is definitely more set up for a couple as they are both on the smaller side. We turned one of the "bedrooms" into a living room/TV room with couches, a coffee table, and a TV, and were able to keep the kitchen area as a kitchen/dining room.
The apartment, unfortunately, doesn't get any sunlight since it's north-facing, but it still gets decent light in all rooms during the day.
It's one block away from Fort Greene Park, one block away from the C and G trains, and less than a 10-minute walk to Atlantic Terminal. It's such a cozy neighborhood, and I'm really sad to be leaving this street.
It's only a two-unit building, and the tenant above is super friendly, so we're able to keep our coats and all our shoes outside our door without worrying. And have never had any packages stolen or anything.
It also has:
-w/d combo unit
-dishwasher
-the island can be included if that's of interest
Our of our budget
-no brokers fee
tax return, pay stubs, w2, ID, other usual documents
