A light-filled, charming room in prime Park Slope, 2 min from the Union St R station. The windows face south, so you get great light all day, and you face a quiet, tree-filled courtyard away from the street. Truly a gorgeous space that brings me a lot of joy.

You’ll share a kitchen and common space, which is lit by a huge greenhouse-type skylight that goes directly to our private rooftop. The deck has shelter, lights, and raised garden beds with veggies and herbs, as well as a charcoal barbecue.

My housemate will want to schedule a call with you just to make sure you’ll live well together. He’s a cool, friendly guy and a big community builder who cooks bi-weekly dinner parties. He’s also a great living partner: social but considerate of your space and privacy, super tidy and well-mannered. Fun conversation guaranteed.
