These are the next steps if, after seeing the unit, you want to sublease.
1- You will be receiving an email introducing you to the management (Need email address).
2- Management will send you an application to the email you provide.
3- It will take 2 days after you submit your application to find out if you are approved (credit dependent. Is your credit above 700?).
4- After the approval, you would need to sign the sublease. At the lease signing, we would need to collect the following funds from you: $3,690 (rent for September) + $1,845 - half a month rent (= security deposit that will be refunded to you 20 days after the lease ending) + a prorated rent for the remaining days in August (depending on the date you move in). All these numbers and responsibilities will be in the lease you will be signing.
