Why We Love This Apartment
We are only leaving to care for family members out of state, otherwise, we would stay forever. We have been in NYC for 25+ years and this has been our favorite home by far. The staff is friendly, skilled, and lightning-fast on repairs (even on weekends).
The neighborhood is unbeatable; steps to two great grocery stores (Brooklyn Fare for specialty items, Lidl for budget finds) and endless restaurant delivery options.
You can hop on the subway to Rockaway Beach in the summer without a hitch.
Bonus Features:
Hallway offers space for shelving of your choice while still allowing ample walking space
Swag hooks for lamps in hallway, bedroom and main room, ceiling track for a home office curtain. Renter-installed wooden shelves in bathroom. Pot rack on wall in kitchen.
Optional:
Our magnificent fiddle leaf fig tree: price negotiable if you would like to adopt it, otherwise it will be pruned and begin a new journey
Photos:

Living room and bedroom: Display current furnishings so you can visualize scale and how furniture fits
Ceiling details photo: Shows swag hooks for lamps and ceiling track for office curtain (installed in cement ceiling; difficult to do without professional help)
Fiddle leaf fig photo: A testament to the incredible natural light in the unit; negotiable to keep.

Message me with your preferred move-in date and a brief description of your household. Once we provisionally approve, you will apply directly via TF Cornerstone's management team.
Medical Reasons
We are open to leaving the ceiling hooks for lamps (main room and bedroom--it's a cement ceiling) and the ceiling-mounted track for an office curtain (you can clip in any curtain you wish, no need for holes) for a work-from-home set-up, if you wish. You can either leave them as-is, or negotiate a removal price with us.
TFCornerstone generally requires tenants to make at least 45x the monthly rent. In this case, that's at least $223875.$20 application fee per applicant or guarantorapplication to a TFC representative who will handle your lease.
