Why We Love This Apartment
We’re only leaving to care for elderly parents out of state — otherwise, we’d stay forever. We’ve been in NYC for 25+ years and this has been our favorite home by far. The staff is friendly, skilled, and lightning-fast on repairs (even on weekends).
The neighborhood is unbeatable — steps to two great grocery stores (Brooklyn Fare for specialty items, Lidl for budget finds) and endless restaurant delivery options. You can hop on the subway to Rockaway Beach in the summer without a hitch.

You can either leave them as-is, or negotiate a removal price with us.
