This spacious studio is on the 6th floor of a doorman & elevator building. The dates available are from 9/1 to 11/30 and I would prefer to sublet it for the entirety of that period. My lease renewal comes at the end of August so there's possibly the option to take over the unit at the end of the lease period (we will have to discuss with the leasing office in the building).

The studio is very large with modern appliances and can be provided partly furnished or unfurnished. For the furnished option, the only main item that won't be left behind is a couch or sofa. I will have the unit cleaned before you arrive.
