I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1-bedroom in Bushwick. I’m moving out of state for a new job. Move-in date would be September 1st (or later). Lease runs until May 31, 2026.

The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, balcony, and two spacious closets. The building was built 2 years ago. The tenant is responsible for paying for internet, gas and electric, which are about $150 total.

Located on a quiet street with access to delis, corner stores, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. 0.3 miles from Central Ave M train stop. 0.3 miles from Kosciusko St J train stop. 0.6 miles from DeKalb Ave L train stop.

Lease start date is flexible (September 1st or later). Lease runs until May 31, 2025.

Bank statements from the last 3 months

$3250 security deposit + first month's rent due at lease signing

I'm the current tenant of this apartment. I will be the one showing the space.

Once ready to apply, I will put you in contact with the broker for the application process and lease signing (no broker's fee).

The building manager lives on-site in the building next door.
