I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1-bedroom in Bushwick. I’m moving out of state for a new job. Move-in date would be September 1st (or later). Lease runs until May 31, 2026.
The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, balcony, and two spacious closets. The building was built 2 years ago. The tenant is responsible for paying for internet, gas and electric, which are about $150 total.

Lease start date is flexible (September 1st or later). Lease runs until May 31, 2025.
