I'm looking for someone to sign a new 12-month lease for Nov 1st.

It's a corner 1 bedroom with extra-high ceilings and a decorative mantle fireplace. The loft-like living room is huge and opens right into the kitchen with an island, plenty of cabinet space and a built-in microwave. Two large windows in the living area overlook Columbus Ave and have brand-new AC's that will come with the unit at no charge. There are spacious closets in the entry way. The living room/kitchen were just freshly painted with Farrow & Ball paint, decorated with crown moulding and a built-in bookcase.

The bedroom currently accommodates a dresser, a king sized bed and a small armoire. The closet is huge and the high ceilings allow for more storage space. The bathroom features a full-sized tub. The hallway has another spacious closet.

There is no laundry in unit, but every floor of the building as a dedicated unit for residents to share. Most tenants on the 2nd floor have an in-unit W/D so there is rarely overlap for laundry use.
