Hello, I am looking for someone to take over the lease at my lovely and charming apartment in the 60’s on the Upper East Side (near Bloomingdale’s). The main living room is quite spacious, wood floor, high ceilings, fireplace, etc. The bedroom is "cozy," but it fits a queen-size bed and a desk. Great storage – big bedroom closet and living room closet, plus an extra storage space above the bedroom closet. Fourth floor walkup.
Great location, a few blocks from Central Park and major subway lines are all close by. There’s also a new Whole Foods nearby and a Trader Joe’s and Target. An Angelika movie theater (Cinema 123) is also around the corner showing foreign and indie films. "Wash and fold” is right next door.
Start time would be October 1 or early October.
$3,225 a month for rent. No broker's fee. This is a lease takeover to finish out the lease with option to renew. The current lease ends July 31, 2026.
Kitchen and bathroom walls have been painted, but can be painted back to white prior to move-in, if preferred. Some furniture is also available if desired. Contact me for more details, photos, video, or to take a look.
Personal Reasons
No broker's fee. Some furniture available, if desired.
Some furnishings available if desired (table with 2 chairs, couch, rolling kitchen island). Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Landlord would need you to sign a rider and pay a small fee.
