We are the owners of the place, no professional landlords, no brokers. We live downstairs and we are happy to connect with our neighbors!

This newly renovated one bedroom apartment is quiet, clean, open and bright, with skylights and high ceilings.

The kitchen is impeccable and well equipped to make full meals during your stay.

The bathroom has a large rain shower with a window overlooking the back garden.

The living/dining room is comfortably furnished with a Bo Concept sofa, dining table, glass coffee table, and Smart TV.

The queen bedroom comes equipped with a high end mattress on a Room and Board storage bedframe (with 4 large drawers), lux bedding and pillows, and a dedicated closet.

The spacious backyard facing bedroom is furnished with a full size bed on a West Elm frame, matching chest of drawers and clothing rack.

Guest access
Full access to the third floor apartment via a private entrance.

Other things to note
We have no-shoe policy inside the unit, and require a cleaning service not included in the rental fee (we can coordinate about that).
The good news is that gas, internet, water, electricity and heating/AC are included in the rental fee!
