I LOVE THIS BUILDING and would have definitely stayed here, renewing my lease for multiple years if it wasn't for needing to move for work. I have lived in NYC for nearly 10 years and this is by far the best resident experience I've ever had, and I am sad to leave this unit and building. The actual unit itself is warm, cozy and provides a safe sanctuary in NYC. The building staff is one of the best parts of the building - the lobby attendants are very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and service from porters and/or maintenance is always available same day or within 24 hours. They truly are top notch and what is expected in a luxury building. The unit is a corner unit, very quiet and neighbors are quiet and respectful. The table faces the window, so it is the perfect work-from-home setup! Incredibly fast internet, 58" mounted 4K TV, and high-end furniture.
Additionally, AMENITIES (included for FREE incredible skybridge, workspace and lounge on the 29th floor) and optional paid Equinox-like gym/spa access that is only available to residents (2-story gym with Empire State views, rock-climbing wall, yoga & reformer pilates studio, Peloton, Indoor lap pool, Jacuzzi, Hammam Steam Room, etc.) Ideal term is 5 months from October 10, 2025 - March 10, 2025 but somewhat flexible!
