Hey everyone,
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at 595 Dean Street. I’ve been living here for about a year and a half and really loved it, but I need to move out because of a work relocation.
It’s a 1-bedroom, $4,175/month, and the lease runs through March 31, 2026 (with the option to renew after that). Move-in date is October 1st, or flexible if needed.
About the apartment:
- High floor, lots of natural light
- Modern kitchen + in-unit washer/dryer
- Great layout with plenty of storage with a big walk-in
The building has a ton of amenities:
- 24/7 concierge
- Chelsea Piers Gym
- Rooftop with amazing views
- Outdoor pool
- Lounge, coworking space, bike storage
It’s in an awesome location — Prospect Heights, super close to Barclays, Atlantic Terminal, Prospect Park, and basically every subway line (2/3/4/5, B/D/N/Q/R).
The process is straightforward: TF Cornerstone (the management company) just needs an application (credit check, income verification, etc.) and there’s a $20 application fee. No broker fee.
If you or someone you know is looking, feel free to DM me and I can show you the place!
Job Relocation
$20 non-refundable application fee per applicant (covers credit/background check).
Standard paperwork required:
- Proof of employment (3 recent paystubs, or CPA letter + tax return if self-employed)
- Most recent bank statement (showing income deposits)
- Landlord reference letter (if applicable)
- Government-issued photo ID
