This spacious 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath apartment (1,084 sf) is located in the Walker House apartment building in Downtown Newark. It's available for a lease takeover starting September 27 for the remaining 8 months of the lease. I'll also consider a sublet if it's at least 6 months.

I'm only leaving the apartment because I got laid off from my job in NYC a couple months after moving in, and I have to now relocate to California for a new job.

RENT
The rent is $2,710 which includes high speed fibre internet and water/sewer. Electricity is the only excluded utility, and it typically runs between $100-$150 per month for me. I work from home, so my usage is high.

APARTMENT FEATURES
Although this is a 2-bedroom apartment, I'm the only one who lives there. So, I use the second bedroom as a home office.

Since I'm relocating to California, I'd prefer for the new tenant to take the apartment fully furnished. However, I can arrange to put some of my furniture in storage.

All of the furniture in the apartment is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. I just purchased every item in the apartment a few months ago in late May/early June when I first moved in. I'll accept the best offer for the furniture.
