I'm looking to do a Lease Assignment from 10/1/2025-12/31/2025 for $2,440 (unfurnished). You'll have the opportunity to do a 1 yr lease renewal if desired.
I'm also open to Subleasing if that is your preference (furnished: Queen size bed, couch, bar stool chairs, tv stand, coat/shoe rack, area rugs) for $2,684 from 10/1/2025 with immediate move out by 12/28/2025 (will charge a discounted rent cost of $2,425 for December only).
