No pet restrictions, furniture available if desired includes 2 sofas, bed, sofa bed, table and chairs, television, foot stool, tv unit, 2x bookcases, crockery, slow cooker/air fryer, bedside cabinets and lights, a/c unit and fans. All of this can be either left behind or thrown out.
