Located on the 4th floor walk-up

Note: A cat lives in the apartment but always stays in the roommate’s room and never leaves it.

Rent & Utilities:

Rent: $1,550/month

Deposit: $1,550

Utilities: $164/month (flat rate)



Optional: Brand new dresser available for $80.
