Room is next to bathroom and away from other roommates. Bathroom has tub and mirror with shelf inside. House comes with monthly cleaning. Paper towels and toilet paper gets refilled by property owners

Incentives

The applicant will need to complete the same application form you filled out. Please note that there is a $20 application fee. I can pay that.
Once the application is submitted, we’ll review it and conduct a credit and background check.
The second step is the payment of the security deposit.
After the security deposit is paid, the application will be forwarded to the committee for final approval, which typically takes about 24 hours.
If approved, the applicant will finalize the booking by paying the first month’s rent and signing the lease.
If not approved, we will issue a full refund of the security deposit to the applicant.
